There are LOTS of resources online and in libraries and more. Going VEGAN has made a great difference in how our family feels and we think has improved our lives tremendously. Contrary to what some say, we get all the protien and nutrients we need and feel so much better than eating the more traditional American diet. While we cannot and are not giving medical, legal or financial advice, we ARE SHARING what we found works for us!
ALL of the information here reflects OUR OPINION and what WE DO and BELIEVE keeps us healthy and active. On that note, we also STRONGLY SUGGEST getting into the MARTIAL ARTS. We have found that Taeqwando (Korean Karate) is a great way to stay fit and focused. Our family of four are ALL black-belts and practice as much as is practically possible.
